As an empathetic leader, I prioritize building strong relationships within my teams and fostering trust with a diverse range of stakeholders, including creatives, agencies, and senior leadership. My nine years at Wieden + Kennedy have taught me the importance of valuing both the work itself and the belief that we can improve it, even at the last minute. While collaborating with lululemon on internal communications and creating campaigns for brands such as Nike, Moncler, and PDX, I have continued to develop my ability to help both my colleagues and the brands shimmer. I enjoy the collaborative process and prioritize teamwork and relationships in all my projects.
